Botanical and Habitat Surveys

Phase 1 Habitat Survey, National Vegetation Classification surveys, hedgerow surveys, river corridor surveys, invasive plant surveys and botanical monitoring. 

Animal Surveys

Surveying and monitoring protected and notable species.  Devising and implementing mitigation strategies such as translocations.  Presence-absence surveys, population estimates, radio tracking and tree climbing.  We survey for: bats, Great Crested Newts, Water Voles, reptiles, invertebrates, Badgers, birds, Dormice, Otters, White Clawed Crayfish, and Red Squirrel. 

Environmental Services

Assessing new developments for their ecological impact.  Code for Sustainable Homes/ BREEAM Assessments, Tree Surveys, Ecological Management Plans.  Typical Projects include pipelines, transport infrastructure, wind farms, single and mixed use developments. 

Management Planning

Development of ecological management plans for sites and species. 

GIS

Collation, analysis, presentation and management of spatial ecological data.
